Before you buy
What does a centrifugal cream separator do?
It spins whole milk at high speed inside a separator bowl, so the lighter cream fraction and the heavier skim milk are separated by density and leave the machine through different outlets - no standing time, no additives, in one pass.
Which capacities do you offer?
The standard ANDUUK model processes 50 litres per hour. Higher-capacity 90 L/h and 120 L/h versions of the same machine series are available on request.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 1 unit, which makes the machine practical for small dairy farms, home creameries and food shops to trial first.
Which voltage do I need?
The machine runs on a 200 W motor and is available for 110 V or 220 V supply. Please state your country and voltage when you send an inquiry so we ship the correct unit.
Shipping & payment
What is the lead time?
About 20 days for quantity 100 (confirm with sales). Smaller trial orders are scheduled around current production and confirmed by our sales team.
How is the machine shipped?
We ship by sea or air depending on your destination and order size. Shipping cost and delivery date are quoted per order - share your port or postal code and we will confirm details.
Do you offer OEM / private label?
Yes. We can discuss OEM marking, packaging and documentation for volume orders. Tell us your requirement and target market and we will confirm what is possible.
Installation & maintenance
Is installation difficult?
No. The separator is a compact tabletop machine: place it on a level surface, connect power and rinse the bowl assembly before first use. Video technical support is included if you need guidance.
How do I clean the separator?
After use, rinse the bowl and collecting parts with warm water and let them air-dry. Daily warm-water rinsing keeps the machine ready for the next milking. Full cleaning guidance is provided with the machine.
What does the warranty cover?
Core components (including the motor) are covered for 1 year. After-sales video technical support is provided, and each machine ships with a machinery test report and video outgoing inspection.
